The new restaurant on last floor is amazing, you just choose the main ingredients and the chef prepares high quality dishes for you randomly. The quality is very good and price medium, two people we spent £75 with a ottel of wine. Recommended

A large selection of cocktails and a great atmosphere! The staff were great and the general vibe was friendly and relaxing. I will definitely be back (happy hour 5-7 tue-fri.

The new bar is a little monolithic and overbearing (I liked it where it was, but I think that's driven by nostalgia from the old Cookie Club days) and clumsily overlaps the historic fireplace, however this has opened up the space quite a bit, making it a pleasant and interesting space to spend time in. Staff are super.

Fantastic food, amazing service and great price - I would have happily paid £10 more per person. Wine was also a good price too. We got a beautiful bottle of red for around £17.

Had wanted to go to Sample for months and only had the opportunity to yesterday evening.Service was immaculate - our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing her own recommendations without forcing them down our throats. She definitely went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our evening.We got to sample 13 of the on-board dishes and were pretty wow'd by the pork and the chicken options. That being said, every dish we had was very carefully prepared and really tasty!Great value for money too.Would highly recommend Sample to-all.

We love Tilt. We always used to visit when we lived in town, but haven't been for a while. Love the layout of the bar now, it feels much more spacious. The staff there are great too! Cocktails are amazing.

Great little bar, good service and atmosphere plying bluesy jazz tracks, would go back, not sure if they do any food as only saw a drinks menu as we were in there after midnight, would defo go back
