Norton Finance

I thought long and hard about what to write in this review. There arent words for the service i recieved. Everyone at Norton went above and beyond to ensure the correct product was picked and explained thourally.I genuinely thought i was beyond hope when i reached out to Norton. This was a desperate attempt to pick myself out of the gutter and then i spoke to Diane and right from the start, she was comforting and i felt at ease. Diane worked tirelessly to understand my situation and pick a product fit for my very specific needs.It would not be an understatement to say that Diane has given me my life back. I can now sleep and feel secure in my position. I never thought i would be here i had lost all hope.

The customer experience was exceptional, it took just over a week from application to completion which simply blew me away! This was largely down to Roger and the team who were speedy, kept me updated throughout the process and kept everything ticking along! Highly recommend x

Dealing with Norton was a great experience. JODIE was both professional and personable. I imagine she deals with any number of people in a day yet she manages to make you feel like you are the only one she is looking after. She was great at reassuring me of my circumstances, and also provided figures to show much I would be saving on interest charges alone. Kudos to Norton for employing talented people for such sensitive/emotionally charged roles. I am better off now; no need to be counting every penny, calculating and recalculating my monthly expenditure to keep afloat because now I have room to breathe in my finances. Thank you - deeply appreciated.
