Staff, were helpful, but so many missing items I'll have to return.

Initial consultation great, fitting great, glass finish in door didnt match arch, they put the number in too small, have had to reseal door myself as sealant failed at the bottom quarter, now the door handle has bust after 2 years - not very good

What an amazing job these guys did on making my door look like the existing windows in a block of flats - no one can tell until it's open - great service - very helpful and friendly would use again!

We have just used Stuart, Simon and the team at CP for our origin bifolds. We also used one of their recommended fitter Ciaran. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are personable and professional and very competitively priced.

The window was fine although the frame wider than I expected, and wider than on my other windows, which makes the area letting in light pretty useless as it's such a small window anyway.However, the window was an urgent order, and I was told they could deliver sooner than other companies, which turned out to be total fabrication, I suspect just to ensure I placed the order. The delay cost me more than 2x the cost of the window and I was offered no compensation whatsoever. On top of that, the wrong glass was provided at collection!I would certainly recommend going elsewhere for your windows!
