The Elite Wax Group Sheffield - Abbeydale Rd Millhouses

I rarely give a bad review, especially for small size business, however, after my experience at this place, I had to. I have been using the Elite Wax Vroup for a while now and I have always been to my appointments on time, unfortunately on my last visit, 3 weeks ago, I was slightly late and while parking my car I received a message from them saying that if I was late for longer than 10 minutes they wouldn't be able to see me . I manage to be there being exactly 19 minutes late and the 2 girls at the reception were chatting with someone that I assume was another costumer , after she left they said they were not going to be able to see me because I was 11 minutes late which wasn't true and even if I was indeed 11 minutes late I am sure the 1 minute difference wouldn't make absolutely no difference. They just want to make money from the £20 deposit, that's all. In the end , they have made me a favour , because I have found a much better place , where you only pay £1 depoist ,the service and customer service ( which they massive lack of) are so much better , now I only go to Wax Inc and wouldn't recommend The Elie Wax Group to anyone .

Sarah has been waxing me for years. She is highly skilled at her craft. I would only visit her and her staff.

Great experience, greeted with a friendly welcome and a waxing experience as painless as possible. Ashleigh was a pleasure to chat to, I will be returning for further treatments in the future. Would recommend to a friend!

3rd visit and as always excellent service. Natasha was brilliant today, intimate male waxing for first time, and she was professional, reassuring, discreet and friendly and I got great results. Highly recommended.

I can't rate this salon highliy enough. They are all angels and are so wonderfully friendly. I have been having both waxing and laser treatments there for years and have never once had a less than amazing experience. The salon is spotless and Natasha always does such a thorough and professional job. I have been to other salons but nothing compares to Elite for the welcoming, professional manner and brilliant results.
