My Cockapoo Bessie visited Sam for the first time yesterday. She came home looking beautiful and smelling lovely. I can now say that we have found our forever groomer. Sam ,as well as doing an amazing job on the groom, focuses on building up rapport between herself and the dog. This was evident when I collected Bessie. Bessie was totally comfortable there. Thank you for your care.

Took my dog for a face trim(shave) and nail cut. £15 trim, £10 nails... When being charged I was asked for £35,i did question this and the reason given was that my dog couldn't have a face trim without having a bath... It doesn't state this anywhere on the website when booking. For this reason I am giving 2 stars. Good groom but should advertise that the dog needs to have a bath if having face trim

Today was Woody's first visit to Where'z Wally. The staff were lovely with him. He had a great time and came home looking very neat and tidy and smelling lovely. I am so pleased that I have found this place and will be taking Woody there from now on. Would definitely recommend.

First time my boys (Louie and Rufus) had visited Sam and I’m so grateful for finding her. The love, patience and care she showed them was gold standard. Her venue set up allows the dogs to feel at home whilst in her care. Their cuts were pure perfection, could not fault, and I know my dogs can get nervous so they aren’t an easy cut at times. I would hugely recommend Sam and already rebooked .

Sam ashes and grooms both of my dogs, I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is so good at what she does. The paying each month for the dogs is a genius idea! I never have to chase for an appointment, every 8 weeks they are seen.. Thanks Sam, you're a star! Xx

By far the best groomers in the area, we took our two large Labradoodle’s here after trying a few. They always went in no bother and came out happy, gorgeous poochies. We were always extremely happy with how our two looked, smelled and just how relaxed they were.We were gutted when we moved away last month and if we ever returned to the area we would not hesitate to return here. 10/10

Superb! My 7 month Westie looked fantastic after his first ever grooming appointment. They knew just how to win Bertie over, lots of reassurance, striking him and talking to him, he was calm when it came to being trimmed due to their caring, reassuring approach. Thank you he really enjoyed his time there. Already booked his next appointment.
