Came on Sunday early afternoon (2pm) and most shelves were empty! Quite crowded at that time. I didn't need much so raced around the store, grabbing a few things. Got a large 6 pint milk, paid at self-checkout and left it there. I didn't notice until I got home. Dopey staff on the self-checkout tills clearly didn't notice either! I do wonder what happened to it!McDonald's is always very popular here, can take your trolley inside but if there's there's queue, best to order and then put your shopping in the car!Would say their newspapers are un thr wrong place as I only noticed them as I was walking out.

Used to be my go to, great gluten free selection, homeware and good value groceries.The new tills are just not working… please keep more normal tills open, the queues are horrendous. I tried self service but the item weight kept coming up with error, assistance needed - only trouble, everyone needed assistance.On 2 occasions I have walked away and gone to Aldi. Life is too short, just let me pay for my shopping without such a long wait while my frozen items thaw in front of me. Not good enough.

I went to your store and used the self checkout machines. I was given back £10 change note but the note was damaged. When I requested that they change it, they told me that they can’t change money (which is a lie) and that I must spend the note elsewhere. Now … the note is damaged and there is a chance it won’t be accepted elsewhere. I was also told by your staff that if I’m that concerned, that I should to go to a bank and change the note which is unacceptable in my opinion. I have a disability which causes unpredictable flares that can prevent me from going to the bank tomorrow when it’s open. I find the customer service appalling, and with zero consideration to disabled shoppers. They put me at a great disadvantage.I will gladly discuss compensation options

Really good selection of continental & ethnic foods at reasonable prices. Lots of clothing and homeward bargains to be had. Let down by predominance of self service checkouts. Big queues for small amount of manned checkouts. General lack of staff to help.

Asda is ok if you need anything,they have most things,but being a loyal customer for many years there prises have gone way out the roof. Hardly shop there now go to aldis or Lidl its far cheaper then Asda.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Many recognise me, smile and say, Hello" and that makes me feel they care which is gratifying. Much of my grocery shopping is done at ASDA and I really like the fast self-scan checkouts which are ideal when I have just a few items."

Perfectly Located in convinient place.Was fully loaded on Saturday evening.Went for little 1 day shopping,end up buying much more than that.I highly recommend,not to forget to scan your Club card as I did,cuz this can save you a lot of bucks .All fruits and vegs was very fresh also.

With carrier bags obviously being high value items as have to be handed out abd scanned by staff, why not do what has been needed and get more staff on checkouts? It will cover all aspects of top level security of the bags. Of security keeps tightening like this next we will have mine fields and armed guards securing the biscuit isle

A decent sized Asda with a large car park, stocking all the usual food and household essentials. Along with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.It also boasts a rather underwhelming clothes section, along with some electricals and cookware.Lastly, the store features a small McDonald's, should you fancy rounding off your visit with a Big Mac.

The store is nice clean and bright but the lottery and tobacco till staff are hit and miss. Some are alright others would rather finish their conversion before serving the customer. Last night I went in at 7.15pm and as I approached, the cashier replied can't you see its closed? As I replied with oh right the response was sorry followed by a eye roll. Some serious customer service training needs to happen for certain members of staff who clearly couldn't care less about how they come across. I find a more friendly vibe near the self service and scan and go checkouts so maybe it's a department thing? Store always provides good availability and has had new chillers installed which look nice.
