Fu Jau Academy

My 7 year old Granddaughter has been going for around 6 months we have entered her into the inter club competition . She improving each week. The coaches are all very patient but firm with the children. The main coach Paul overseas the class with help from younger coaches Josh, Sofia, Camron and Connie. In the time I have been going there I myself has seen an improvement not only in my child cofidence but also the other children.

Finding this club has been the best thing for my son . All the coaches are fantastic with all the children , everyone treated equal . Training is made fun and boy the train hard . We attended three times a week , it’s fantastic value for money .

Best club I've ever trained with. They've moulded me into the warrior I am today. I would definitely recommend, no matter what lever you're at.

Absolutely amazing dojo. My eldest has been going 2 years and has changed herfor the better. Great club to train and learn this art, skill and sport...Very welcoming and the students and instructors alike will accommodate all levels and abilities.. Be sure to know that Fu Jau kick boxing will change you for the better both mentally and physically and make you a sharper, confident and stronger person.Turning up for training is not enough on its own. Turn up and give it 101% effort and commitment and you will see results. Listen and learn from Coach Berry and Master Bedlow and you will see what you will achieve..

I cannot speak more highly of the Fu Jau Academy. On a personal level my children have grown highly in confidence and resilience. The club is run with strong mentors, and they really do want the best from all their members, they really do care!! Secondly the martial arts training itself is outstanding!!! Already the kids have learnt so much and have opportunities to go in for tournaments and gradingThey call themselves the Fu Jau Family and this truly is how they are, a big family who want the best for everyone involved… so pleased to have found such a great club

Ladies class is great to grow your confidence as well as learn the basics to K1. The class is diverse and teaches you a range of skills and techniques that you would need in fighting, but is broken down to fit your level until you feel confident in it and can add more combinations into the mix. I thoroughly enjoy it!

An amazing Matial Arts club. My son joined a few years ago and the change I have seen in him amazes me. He has learnt so much and enjoys all the classes he attends. The coaches always goes above and beyond with their classes and students. Highly recommend !

I've been going to the women's classes since January and let me tell you how much it has improved my life. I have asthma and one of the main reasons for me to do this class is to help improve my physical health but also my mental health. I remember my first session and I couldn't even finish the warm up, by the next month I only had to use my inhaler once!The class really helped with my mental health as the instructors are amazing and super helpful. Even if you're a complete beginner they would never make you feel out of place or ashamed whatever your body type or fitness level.Shout out also to the girls in the class because everyone is so supportive and really diverse!Thanks again Fu-jao I would 110% recommend if you're thinking of going into kickboxing.
