Bought a TV from them just after New Year. They also installed it and charged a very good price which I could not find anywhere else. Researched it before speaking to them and nobody came close. They visited us at home about 3 weeks later to sort a small unrelated problem and once more, they handled it efficiently at a very very reasonable cost. Great to deal with a small family business with great service, something in short supply these days! Thank you Aurac!!

We had a malfunctioning drop down screen. I spoke with several people in the local area who, whilst polite, quickly informed me there was nothing they could do and advised me to buy a new one. All, except Graham. He was helpful, informative and whilst he was unable to help, he spent time tracking down someone who could help and then put us in touch- for no benefit to himself. I am very grateful for the assistance and impressed by the customer service and feel that anyone reading reviews of his business should know this. Many thanks.
