A little hideaway on the far platform of Newcastle station with very friendly and helpful staff. Had two Too Good to Go magic bags from here while we were staying in Newcastle. Collecting at 5pm was no issue but the following lunchtime, I had to beg to be allowed to cross the barriers without wanting to catch a train... Again, with friendly station staff I didn't have a problem, but it could have been.

Couldn't fault the service. The second walking in to the second leaving always aware of the customer and the needs of the customer. Always serving with a smile and positivity.

Tiny cafe tucked away between platforms 3 & 4. Standard Pumpkin setup but stands out for cheerful friendly AND efficient service by Lisa when I popped in desperate for a cup of tea before my train. Good tea too - they offer both “ordinary” and Earl Grey in a decent sized cup. Recommended.
