I have been using their service for the last 15 years but the quality of service has been going from bad to worse in the last 1- 2 years. Despite promises of timely pick ups from the airport, I have been made to wait for 1-1.5 hr after coming out. Various excuses have been made for delayed pick up in my past 5 journeys from airports. Recent one was 12 December 2023, yesterday. The driver was 1 hr late (I stood there for 60Min waiting). I travel in business class and therefore I have the privilege of coming out early. Despite making this clear ample number of times to the booking person, driver was late. Infact the driver that came to pickup wasn’t even the one who was supposed to pick me up. The quality of the fleet of cars has gone down as well. On precious occasion the car was smelling heavily of cigarette smoke. No Good!

Very happy with the service from Loddon cars. I booked them following a recommendation from a friend, to get my Mum to get home after my brothers wedding reception. The driver was marvellous and made my Mum feel safe as well as giving us some assurances and helped her to her front door. The car was very good clean and spacious. We will use Loddon Cars in the Reading area from now on.

Really unimpressed by this taxi firm. Booked a taxi at 11:30pm on a Saturday night. Had text confirmation, 00:05 called up asking where the taxi was, no booking on the system even though I had a text confirming. The guy had no idea and said he would call me back, no call back and taxi never arrived. Shocking. Won’t book again

Used the App at 22.30 ish to book a taxi for 22.50 on a Sunday evening and it arrived at 23.15 which was odd. The ‘phone the driver’ number didn’t work, the app showed varying times from 11min to 6min arrival time for the 25 minutes after booking time. Driver was lovely when he arrived but booking by App is clearly not very reliable. Perhaps if we had received a call to say we can’t get a taxi until 23.15 would have been helpful?

Have been using Loddon Cars for a good few years now, for both local and airport work. Always nice clean cars, usually on time and friendly drivers. Prices have gone up a lot recently, but I guess that is the norm for the industry. Would recommend and will continue to use as they are reliable.

The whole quote & booking process was very easy. Our driver Ashfaq was extremely courteous, arrived early & the drive to the airport was great. Easy card payment & we got text messages to say our driver was on his way & that he had arrived. Excellent service all round. Would highly recommend them.
