Human Kind
Had my first yoga session with Eve and loved every minute of it. Eve guided me through the whole session. Gently correcting my posture so I would get the most from each pose without strain or injury. Eve explained the benefits to my body with each movement. I felt relaxed and confident with her guidance. I would highly recommend Human Kind to anyone, any age. Thank you Eve. I will see you again next week.
