Staff extremely helpful I needed my engagement ring resizing and the diamonds tightened after I caught my finger on a door handle! They did the repairs within 48 hrs and at a reasonable price. I would definitely go back for future repairs and they have some beautiful jewelry to purchase too! Great shop, not run of the mill.

My girlfriend and I are buying an engagement ring here and the staff were so friendly and helpful. My girlfriend didnt know what she wanted and they allowed her to try on almost every ring in the shop with no preasure. Its also great that I can pay off what I can afford each month and they store the ring until I have finished paying. Amazing local jewellers. The wedding ring they made for me fits perfectly with my engagement ring as it's an alternative shape. Everyone comments on how wonderfully my 2 rings fit together! They kept in touch with me through the whole process and I I fully trusted them when I left them with my engagement ring. All the staff are such genuinely lovely people and I will definitely be using them again!

3 years ago I went into Joseph’s of Ormskirk with some of my mums broken and un-wearable pieces of Jewellery. I asked if they could make it into a Button ring (as I am a seamstress and a Button collector) and a matching Button bangle. Shaun and his team talked me through the whole journey nothing was too much trouble, very professional. There team went to work and created 2 unique and beautiful pieces of jewellery for me. I loved them that much I decided to get a matching necklace and a pair of earrings made with the rest of my mums jewellery. Very personal and unique to me.It was my 25th wedding anniversary so I asked Shaun and is team to make me my Eternity ring again they talked me the through the whole design. It slot’s beautifully into my Engagement ring of which they replaced a diamond.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSEPHS OF ORMSKIRK I would never go anywhere this is my jewellers. A massive Thank you ❤️
