McGraths Opticians

My Rayban broke while I was in Edinburgh at a meeting. I went into McGraths and asked if they could help fix it for me (the screw was missing). The staff did not hesitate to help, and I was grateful for them going above and beyond even if I was not there to purchase anything. They are very kind, and their customer service was topnotch.

Excellent service and frame selection, staff very helpful when choosing.

During our vacation in Edimburgh,we had some glasses issues and the lady in this shop was so helpful and kind and understanding and generous.

Best opticians around I Accdently broke my glasses and i was about 600 miles away from home these guys(and girls) have saved the day 10/10 so much better then specsavers

If it were possible for me to post a 10-star review, I would. I arrived in Edinburgh from the US, with new glasses I'd recently purchased in the states. The nose pieces were made of hard plastic and were leaving dark indents on my nose.Shirley at McGrath's not only came to the rescue with soft replacement pads (which I was unable to find at home) but took her time and effort to put them on my glasses and assure the fit was perfect. She even gave me a few extras for down the road.In today's environment of somewhat apathetic and disinterested, Shirley went above and beyond the call of customer service". The world needs more people like Shirley and McGrath's is fortunate to have her."
