I was recommended MM Planning and Architecture through a friend who also used their services. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I made, their level of service is second to none. The work they did for me on my extension is phenomenal, they stuck to all the timeframes they promised and were very fair on the financial side of things. I couldn’t be happier with the end result of the work I had done, I would highly recommend!!!

I used this company for the planning permission, it took 6 months to get the result. Ibaad agreed for £2400 for pre planning permission plus council fees, i had many other architecture in low cost but I select this company. I asked Ibaad many times if I can get the permission, he was so confident. But after 6 months wait he informed that Concil will not allow you and pre planning permission will not be accepted. I wasted nearly £3000 and six months

MM Planning provided a great services in producing all the drawings and 3D visuals for obtaining planning permission for our Out Building (Permitted Development)and Kitchen Extension (Full Planning). Mr Ibbad was very helpful and knowledgeable with local council procedures and was in regular contact with the planning office. The Out building is now complete and signed off by the council. The entire process with Ibbad has been very rewarding, informative, speedy, and with such exceptional service!! He had explained everything to me from the outset and clearly has vast knowledge and experience in dealing with councils and building regulations.Within less than a week of doing the surveys, Ibbad had already prepared multiple high quality 2D and 3D drawings, and submitted them to the council for approval. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the turnaround times were, particularly with such high quality drawings. This review is overdue, but no less heartfelt! We engaged MM Planning & Architecture for some architectural and structural engineering work and dealt mostly with Ibbad. He was incredibly attentive, polite, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the whole period (and beyond)! Ibbad also offered us some good suggestions and ideas outside of our knowledge, which were really helpful. My husband and I were kept informed and MM were keen to help us with anything we didn’t understand. Ibbad and his team did a great job producing our drawings, and they also dealt with all the Party Wall stuff (including liaising with a neighbour as they had their own questions). We would highly recommend this professional and attentive business in the future!

We used MM Planning and Architecture for multiple planning applications and couldn't be happier. This was our third architecture company after not achieving the results we wanted with the first and second. What stood out for us with MM Architecture is how much they listened to what we wanted and then synthesised that into something beyond our imaginations. They were able to achieve a modern yet warm interior. Even when the council asked us to make a change for one of the applications, they were able to produce an equally good result. The Final design for my most recent extension went above and beyond what I had anticipated.Results:I have had 4 of my planning application approved so far. Everything went very smoothly. After our first construction project, it allowed me to almost triple my rental income. All of this at very affordable pricing! I can't thank the team enough for this.The Team:Calm, professional and polite Ibbad and Elyas explained and explained until we understood. The work was carried out with complete transparency. I came across MM Planning in google maps back in May and was impressed with their number of good reviews with very reasonable priced package services. I was contacted by Ibbad on the same day the query was sent. I was looking to do loft extension as well as rear extension drawing/ structural calculation on the house I was buying. From day 1, He has been exceptional, attentive and were regularly kept in touch throughout the process. The council applications were handled by them and we had no issues. We had to revise the drawings for the party wall surveyor and they were very efficient and quick to all the changes. I couldn't have had asked for better professionals to work with and honestly saved me a lot of headache.We have also given our house construction project to the same company. Elyas from the construction team, again is fantastic and great at suggesting on what to improve on the build. It makes you feel like they are excited to create that home for you.The staffs at office are all very lovely; the construction team workers are friendly and sends me videos and pictures of the work throughout the day so far. I am genuinely very glad I came across this company and looking forward to the finished project.
