Wickes Lichfield

Staff weren't great with my mom, lovely lad on the till but was new and had never done on online order before, non of the other staff helped him. Got order wrong through no fault of his own then re ordered with help but delivery was in correctly in putted again, mom was missing items. Will not be going to the lichfield store again?

I use this branch regularly when I'm working in the area for some materials.A good bunch of staff, very helpful, especially the kitchen design department that I've had the pleasure to deal with on a few occasions now.Very happy with the quality of Wickes kitchens and the Lichfield designers who sort out any material/supply issues as is common at the time of this review, very quickly and professionally.

The absolute worst company we’ve experienced since moving in our home 15 months ago. We’ve paid 7.5k on a new bathroom that looks like it cost about £800. From a sloppy, rude installer to a customer service that couldn’t care less i honestly can’t express enough how terrible they have been. Our original install was April 22 and now in January 23 we STILL have leaks going into our kitchen!! Not once has anyone from this store been in touch to see if our issues have been rectified and customer service have only ever contacted us to see if they can start payments (which they did anyway even though we still had leaking issues)Our biggest regret is not trying somewhere else, we thought we were getting a trustworthy company through Wickes but they’re absolute failures and an embarrassment. We’ve had no form of compensation either. So poor.

Easy access. Convenient hours. Usually have stock in, but check website first. A little pricey on some things, so check the other diy stores etc.!Hand pick your timber, don't have it delivered... some of it makes a banana look straight!

Terrible service and customer care. Just been to purchase a set of bi-fold doors. When I got to the check out I noticed the packaging was open and could not tell if parts were missing. The store was still happy to sell the item until I called the mamager and he had little intrest. Offered a discount for the cost of the missing pack no consideration for delivery of replacement parts. Similar items in store also had missing parts yet sill on sale. Moral of the story DO NOT trust Wickes for honesty or vaue.

Well organised , allowing only a few people in at a time, directional arrows on floor showing desired route around the display aisles and leading to a queue area for checkout. Went fairly early and it was quiet which probably helped for an easy visit, got the paint I wanted so pretty happy.

Good service. Some of the items I needed were up on the top of the pallet racking. It wasn't a problem and the team got to work to get the pallet down and get me the materials I needed for the job. Well happy.

Recently moved to Lichfield, Jenny the duty manager was so helpful, she helped set up my trade account and on my next visit was super helpful! All the staff are friendly. Such a present surprise for what is mainly building supplies, thanks all

A very helpful staff member called Ben went above and beyond in helping me source out of stock paint at a different Wickes store. Not only checked on the system but also called up the store to confirm the paint was in stock. A great example of customer service!

Way out of their depth with bathrooms. The photos attached show the finish on a bathroom that we'll have paid around £7.5k for. Tiles are not alligned, they are uneven on walls, grouting is sporadic, the flooring is chipped in places and a mess behind the towel rail and to top it off when we shower it leaks onto our freshly plastered kitchen ceiling below!The whole process has been painful, even from the start with numerous texts giving us the wrong date for the delivery of the bathroom materials.They sent one person to do the whole package - the plumbing, tiling and floor laying..an inadequate plumber.He had 5 days off during the main install of the bathroom and would text us at 8am on the day with wont be in today
