What can I say about these wonderful ladies except if you are having a special occasion you MUST visit this shop! I have recently been a mother of the bride and was not confident in any way I would look the way I wanted to for my only daughters wedding. These ladies went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident. I am a plus size MOB and thought I would find nothing but the choices was amazing! They are all so helpful and friendly. I had my dress altered which was so professional you could not see the alterations! I had my bespoke hat made to match and nothing was too much trouble even on deciding a last minute addition. I cannot recommend this shop enough as all women of all sizes are equally treated as special as each other. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic one stop shopping for that special occasion. I was nervous about going MOB shopping but Cream Rose made it easy! Within 2 hours I had the perfect dress, made to match hat and dyed to match shoes and handbag. I hate shopping and especially shopping for a formal occasion but they made it sooo easy. The dress needed some slight alterations and their in-house seamstress did them for me without any problems. We spent ages over the right clutch bag which would fit my phone in........... not many shops would offer that attention to detail. If my son ever get married I will certainly be back in for my MOG outfit! Thank you Cream Rose for making me feel special on my daughters special day.

An absolute gem of a shop. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. After my mum struggled to find a mother of the bride outfit, after going to Norwich, Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough she was starting to worry. We walked into Cream Rose and spoke to the staff. First dress she tried on, she bought. Thank you for turning it into a positive experience xx

My daughter and I went to Cream Rose on Saturday with our friend to find her an outfit for her sons wedding. We had the most amazing experience! The whole team made all 3 of us feel so special, even though it was just our friend looking for something. They were so attentive, enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble for them.I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Cream Rose for your special occasion outfit. Top marks from me!

I can’t thank these lovely ladies enough. I was so nervous had an idea of what I was looking for. These lovely ladies were so friendly I felt relaxed immediately and felt I was among friends. There was no pressure on time or choosing an outfit. I was also very lucky to have 2 wonderful friends with me to offer support.I was blown away by the kindness shown to me. I loved all the outfits and knew immediately the one I would chose.I was made to feel the most special individual there I felt 6ft talk and would recommend you visit Cream Rose for your special occasions

The ladies were welcoming on entering the shop.Very helpful and guided us through the process of choosing an outfit for the mother in law.Nothing was too much trouble & they made the visit a pleasant experience.I would recommend this shop if you are looking for a special occasion outfit.

Outstanding customer service! All the ladies were welcoming. As a larger lady I was really uncomfortable even entering the shop, but within minutes I felt at ease. The ladies were super kind and their warm friendly service made the whole experience enjoyable, so much so I will be back. Thank you so much
