He came to my rescue when I was running out of plumbers to get hold of yesterday to fix a concealed burst pipe.Arrived bang on time in a couple of hours of first contact and recognised the urgency of my situation and diagnosed and fixed the leak.Polite, tidy and professional and upfront with all costs involved which were very fair as well and provided updates on what was required at every step if the work differed to what was quoted.I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again after the good work he did for me.Thanks Tanveer

Sorted out a very complex leaking toilet due to the waste pipes and outside pipes being different sizes. Very professional, reliable and explained everything to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use BSM Plumbing again. After many conversations with other plumbers, seemingly turning down the job because they had never install my particular 3 in 1 hot tap before. Mr Hussain came over to have a look and read the instructions.He had never fit this tap before and asked me if I still wanted his services. Desperately needing the tap installed due to the old one leaking everywhere every time we used it, I said yes.The tap is installed, I have no leaks, and the boilers is working as it should.I have a leaking radiator and I am going to use Mr Hussain again.

He does not know what the problem for gas boiler was .If you call him he will tell you to change the parts he will just say could be this or this etc. If you don’t believe me call him and see. To summarize does not have a clue truly he will say he doesn’t know who I am or did not do my job but he did try to and couldn’t I knew from him taking off the boiler cover he was clueless please try and if you have a lot of money to waste be my guest. What a joke where he gets these reviews from I do not know who made him gas safe he is the worst gas man I have seen. Please if you do not believe me call him and call him asap and you can see him in action yourself

Tanveer came down to sort out a hammering cistern that needed fixing and a radiator trv valve in a bedroom that needed replacement. He was polite, kept me up to date with his availability, was respectful of my property as I'd just had the flooring done and sorted out a decent price for the work carried out. Would definitely recommend him for future work and will be using him again for a shower pump that needs fitting. Thank you!
