24 hour garage apparently I’ve been stood honking my car horn for 30 minutes and their are 4 members of staff in the shop and not one of them have come to serve us all 4 of them have looked me dead in the eye and chose to ignore me I am a nurse and the tiny break I get I choose to come to the spar and this is what happens do not advertise something is 24 hours when it’s evidently not I’ve knocked honked and attempting to knock on the doors also but nothing I am appalled at this and will not be returning I’m disappointed as this is the only place I can get to for something on my break as i only have a short break on my night shift.

£13,50 to park a HGV on site overnight. Includes free use of the showers. Was £10,- not so long ago - unsure why it’s 30% dearer.Showers are closed for refurbishment. No compensation, no reduction in the overnight fee. Maybe a free breakfast roll & coffee? (£3,-)Nope. Still £13,50For the use of a 16x2,5 meter piece of tarmac for a few hours.Toilets are a serious health hazard. See image.

Used to a very good and reasonably priced shopStaff always friendly and polite, good food from the deli etc and a very clean shopThis place used to be one of the cheapest in preston for quality fuelBut its pretty clear the owners are just getting outright greedy not passing on wholesale oil price drops or the 5% vat cutThis shop is highly profitable, with extremely high foot traffic from the dinner time rush etc with a multitude of factories and car dealers right on their doorstep people are usually queuing out the door at dinnertimeBut it's pretty obvious the owners are just milking it to squeeze every last penny they can from the fuel side of thingsIf it was just a fuel station I could understand but fact is the high turnover from the shop alone ( Clayton Park/deli/groceries etc etc ) can more than justify the fuel cost savingsUsed to always be the lowest prices in preston in the last few months its one of the most expensive main brands aroundSave yourself a small fortune over time and go asda round the corner instead, always cheaper and they actually pass on wholesale costs to motorist

Motorcycle unfriendly. They refused to take payment offered until i had held up the queue i had been standing in to remove the helmet to look into the security camera" . This seemed unnecessary since i was #1 paying for fuel after patiently queuing and #2 offered my licence as ID in addition to the bank card should my anonymity be an issue. It's not often that I get to feel profiled as a criminal automatically
