Aysha B at the Canary Wharf branch is Ab Fab! I have followed her from the Stratford - John Lewis branch- honestly don’t know what I would do without her! She is the best eyebrow threader I’ve ever had! I get so many compliments re- my brows.

First visit and I was so impressed that I booked a package of sessions for my threading. I’m in a wheelchair and they were so accommodating. Nayab really listened as I’m super picky with my eyebrows and she nailed the brief! I was so pleased. She even gave me a head message. Really appreciated them telling me about the package so I could pre book and save some money!

Have used this place before and thought it was ok. I tried to rebook but the system booked me for the next available slot that day (which I didn’t want / couldn’t make) so I cancelled that straight away and it charged me £44 a few days later. I received no emails or confirmation of the charge, it just came straight out my account.

For the price you pay, you would expect to be treated like a valued customer, but instead they make you feel like a bit of a nuisance. I was told to come back four hours later for my 10 min eyebrow threading - but they told someone coming after me that they had 10 minutes spare. Then they made me wait 20 minutes to validate my parking, and once back at the car park, I found that they hadn’t even done it properly so my ticket wasn’t validated. To be fair, my eyebrows look nice, but you can get that done in countless other places for much cheaper, and with less attitude and hassle. So if you value your time, go somewhere else.

Urmila did my full face threading. She did a great job. I will definitely return. I showed her a picture of how I like to shape my brows and she shaped them perfectly. She also recommended a serum to help me grow out the patchier parts of my brows. Very sweet and professional.

The staff here couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful.I got lost trying to find the shop and was already late, one of the ladies was patiently giving me directions over the phone whilst I was struggling to navigate Canary Wharf.When I arrived I was very late (25mins) and understandably the staff said they wouldn’t be able to carry out the appointment. Embarrassingly, I started to cry because I’d had a really stressful time lately and the irony of trying to do some ‘self-care’ totally backfired and I looked a mess in the middle of Canary Wharf.I also had my 9 month old son with me which just added to it all!But the lady doing my appointment very kindly said we could still try and fit in the brow lamination. I didn’t know what to do because I was trying to stop crying lol but she very kindly encouraged me that we could still do it.So we did, and she thanks to the rest of the staff being flexible and adapting, I was very lucky and able to get my brow tint as well!All the ladies were amazing with my son and it helped me feel so much better that I wasn’t judged for having a slightly needy baby with me.I definitely will be coming back :) thank you sooo much to the whole team and especially the lady doing my brow lamination/tint which was scheduled for 16:00 on 03/07/2023

I have been visiting Aysha B for a few years now. Her focus and attention to detail is second to none. She really has made me feel more confident in the shape of my eyebrows along with her advice and expertise. I genuinely do not think I am able to go elsewhere as the shape of my brows really suit my face. A surgeon with a thread.I recommend anyone who is wishing to find the perfect shape to visit Aysha B at Blink Brow Bar.
