Really recommend coming here for a day trip. There's a charity box on the front desk I think it was about 50p for a bag of crisps. Amazing amount of cars on display. My personal highlight was the fire damaged section. But a great sight and scary site around every corner. Speak to Helen on the front desk to arrange a guided tour.

These guys are scammers m. I bought them car as it says on the receipt starts and drive but when it arrived it did not even start. I could not even move the car. When in called them they said it’s your responsibility. Totally and utterly disappointed.would like to get my money refunded.

Always a pleasure collecting a customers vehicle from co part, easy to get in an out.Just pre book on the app turn up on time an wait for the vehicle to be brought out to you.Load up an away you go.Heads up for those that dont know.Make sure you have a hi vis vest when attending co part sites.

I can’t rate lower than this. They are disappointing and frustrating in all departments. No manners or ethics. Bunch of scammers and leeches.

Well been really shocking surprised from their policy T&C: You must book a slot to collect your car…But if you late 15’ Then they charge you around £20, ok understandable but how you can explain that we are in place as scheduled and to wait on site for more than 1h15minutes to receive your car and when you enquire thei said “your is next”, and you can see another three cars loaded on other trailers even one just arrived been loaded in less than 10min and let to go. Useless slow motion operative’s on site.

It’s really pathetic absolutely bad services, no recommendations to any one, plz don’t use them. I’m very unhappy and they manipulate

Don't follow the appointment time book an earlier appointment and come after 2 hours because they don't follow the timings if you come on time they will tell you to stay outside in the cold for up to 2 hours till your turn will come, it's better to book before the timings at least 2 to 3 hours.

Was forced to sell my car to them as I was third party fire and theft. I had to pay them £90.00 to get my car valued to then be hit with a purchase price of £100. This means I got £10 for my scrap car B write off carThen, as curiosity over takes my mind a lot, I decided to keep an eye out for them putting it up for auction.Sure enough after a few weeks I finally spotted it on auction with an estimated retail value of £2,425. The car is no longer on the website as it’s probably been sold but I though I’d express my story as it will help others make a more wiser choice.Simply put, don’t trust what they tell you,Do your research,And take my advice so your less likely to be mugged off.

Typical copart. Some of these recovery drivers have been waiting for over 4 hours...........I have seen at least five foreign transport trucks, arrive hours later and get loaded up before these guys.Office say they are having some problems but won't say what, hence the delays, but the delays don't seem to affect you if your on your way to eastern Europe!!!!!!!
