My food arrived cold. I called up they had to get a manager to call me who wasn’t there. They told me there was no chance it would be cold. I wouldn’t be calling them up telling them it was it it wasn’t. Very unhelpful, very rude, wouldn’t fix the problem just offered me 10% off an order next time. Really gone downhill this chinese

I don’t usually ever leave reviews but this Chinese is truly, consistently excellent. I would definitely say it’s the best in tewkesbury. I’ve had bad experiences with other Chinese takeaways including food poisoning and human hair found in the food on multiple occasions.Never with this one. Always friendly staff, excellent food and reasonably priced.

Really good food only thing we had something missing from our order had to drive back in order to get our missing food, no apology or offer of discount, very busy, but as food was really good wasn't overly bothered...

Food is average. The main issue is that it's cash only. Which is not really that good in today's pandemic. Also most people pay with card these days. So it would be better if they got a card machine.

Foods nice but had something forgotten 3 times now and we’re the one who have to drive back to get it making out food cold, do not get offered any sort of refund for missing item or good will gesture which is disappointing always have to ask ourselves. They say we got a free drink but that’s AFTER WE had asked.
