Really efficient service, called to unblock my toilet and drains. An engineer came out same day, explained all the work and outline the price, which was good for the time they spent there.

They were unable to unblock my drain due to a bad issue & they didn't charge me, sam explained if he did clear my drain it would only reblock he quoted me to fix. Just making sure my insurance will cover before I go ahead.

These guys were absolutely fantastic after my son stuffed the toilet and the drain full of paper.The arrived promptly and jetted out my drains,even removed some root growth in the process.Highly recommended. A1 company and would recommend to anyone.

Can't rate highly enough, had to call this company out after having a previous company who made my kitchen start to flood through their error. I called Premier Drain as no longer trusted the skill of previous engineers. I explained the emergency and Premier Drain came out within 20 minutes, they stopped the leak, fixed the blockage, and the engineers even helped mop up the leak that they didn't even cause. Very grateful. Great professionilism, they arrived quickly, helpful and surprisingly cost less than I would have expected to pay. 5 stars
