We recently used Environmental Property Clearance to help clear a house after a bereavement. The service they provided was outstanding. Quick, efficient, sympathetic and caring. We couldn’t have asked for more from Natalie and her team. We’d thoroughly recommend.

We contacted EPC as we needed to make living conditions easier for a friend who was being discharged from hospital but would require ongoing care at home. Natalie came along and was able to quote for deep clean and removal of old bedroom furniture, settee and chairs downstairs in order for new bed to be installed downstairs. Natalie and her team did a great job and gave help and advise above and beyond. Would fully recommend Natalie and her team to anyone looking for this type of work to be carried out

Natalie and her trustworthy team did a one-off deep-cleaning service for me whilst I was on holiday.I came home to an absolutely sparkling, dust-free and spotlessly clean house. Everything had been cleaned to the nth degree. I will certainly be using them in the very near future. Highly recommend.

I hired EPC to clean and clear a bedroom. I have to say, AMAZING work. Totally professional, they put you at ease straight away from the initial contact onward, friendly and polite and importantly stress free. They worked above and beyond truly. I would heartily recommend them and will use again if needed. I can't praise them enough.

I called Natalie to look at to my rented house in which my current tenant has left a big hoarded mess in the loft, kitchen and garden. I called on a Sunday and she was around on the day.They came when they said and her father Paul and team did a professional and very efficient job. They kept me informed on the progress. Paul and his team went out of their way to be sensitive to the tenant who had some issues. In the kitchen I had a plumbing problem and he went out of his way to fix that. No problem was too small. He even had to endure a Bee’s nest. I would highly recommend the company for price, honesty, being genuine and professionalism. Thank you Paul and Natalie from a happy customer. !! Fantastic service provided by Nat, handled everything with ease, brilliant communication done everything as advised on time with pics to show results with a very fair price, even arranged storage for some treasured items. Could not recommend any higher, this was all arranged in Somerset and fully taken care of. What a fantastic company who will do as stated, very very happy

Superb job ! I had to arrange to have my late brothers house cleared in Harborne , I live in Skegness , Met with Paul at the house , Paul doesn't see problems only solutions , he did the job promptly and kept me fully informed over the four days it took them to clear the house , sent me photos of the cleared house , first rate service , thanks to Natalie for her efficient co ordination between Paul and myself , my family thank you both , David
