Struggled get copy of keys, Timpsons done me a great half price offer on extra keys as needed many keys for delivery people, super efficient, fast and all keys working great, very polite efficient staff would certainly recommend

Big thank you to Danny, very helpful, very polite and professional. Sorted my van key out last minute, nothing was too much trouble, and what impressed me was how happy and positive he was about his job, his management and the training he's received, you don't see that very often.. I have my own business and he is exactly the type of character I look for in my team. Key now works perfectly, all done and sorted within ten minutes.. Exceeding all my expectations.. Will definitely be using timpsons again and would recommend to my friends And family..

Would not recommend the shoe service i took £400 pound shoes in and they absolutely wrecked them he said he would change both for £60 and they only changed one and told me he changed one would definitely not use this service again

I spoke to Danny who helped me cut a few keys and gave advice on replacing an electronic key fob, very good service and excellent pricing

I had 9 different types of key copied in around 10 minutes. All the keys work perfectly. A friendly and efficient service. Thoroughly recommended.

Very bad service he charged me for repair the key £80 after one month key not working I went back to him he said not our responsibility for repair
