Charlotte is so professional, kind and reaiiablesuch a big heart for her love for all pets, if your feeling nervous or your pet is Charlotte will give you as much time as you need and will talk you through any concerns, she is so understanding .She also offers home boardingits definitely home and home.I would reccomend Charlotte too anyone who is thinking of getting thier dog groomed or if you want home boarding .my pooches have been with her from day one ,on grooming and home boarding, you know when you have the right person the pooches get so excited when she picks them up.
