This place isn’t bad when you drive thru or pick something up but when it comes to Uber eats they literally do not care. They think it’s funny to remove things off your burger that wasn’t requested to remove and add things that you requested to remove. Always an absolute joke when it comes from delivery never once have I received everything I ordered, I’d rather eat all the condiments out my cupboard mixed together

I just watched a young Asian girl flicking dirty filthy water everywhere and watched another nearly fall with NO SIGN AND NO GLOVES and the manager picking his teeth over the the Frys and when he saw me with the look of disgust he just moved behind the corner.14.50.28,08,23.Young girl called Chelsea giving the orders out was lovely and respectful , thanks Chelsea .

The predominant attention was directed towards the processing of delivery orders, necessitating the need to summon counter staff for the purpose of placing an order in a dine-in setting. Regrettably, despite our intent to dine in, our meal was packaged for takeout, reflecting a notable lapse in the provision of service quality.

Once again, give staff a custom order, and they get it wrong, twice.I ordered a plain double cheeseburger with no cheese, that is to say just the bun, bacon and burger, but on checking, they had still left the cheese on, so they re-made it, and the second one appeared correct until my son went to eat it and found relish in it.It must be very hard to understand a simple request, guess we will have to shop elsewhere for fast food.

Bulwell McDonald's puts lie to the notion that wherever you are in the world, the one thing you can expect to remain consistent is the quality of a McDonald's meal. Now let's be clear, this branch IS consistent but only insofar as to consistently provide sub par service, on occasion serving whatever you order with a side of bad attitude (though certainly not always) but nonetheless being asked to park for the sake of a chicken mayo is nothing short of pathetic. Ordered a coke? Enjoy what is basically sparkling water which has seemingly mixed with hopes and dreams as opposed to coca cola syrup. Chips? Cold, 8 out of 10 times.I won't pretend that I haven't had decent interactions with staff here but unfortunately this branch has fallen into the same trap of prioritising the deliveroo and Uber drivers over their in store and drive thru customers and again that much is not the fault of the staff, but it's become a complete mess of a McDonald's and has now become a last port of call in times of dire desperation.

Absolutely disgusting, firstly there was an order mix up, the order was meant to be 2 large chicken Big Mac meals and one with extra cheese. So we got 2 large cokes and we were asked to park and wait for the rest. After we get the food and drive off there was one medium fries and one large, then the burgers were 2 beefs Big Macs. So just an order mix up fine. However both burgers were freezing and not put together some of the toppings were out of the burger the sauce tasted weird. We tried calling Macdonalds and no one picked up. The order receipt says regular Big Mac one large extra cheese one medium but then we wouldn’t of gotten 2 large cokes.

The last couple of times I've been there's been a massive wait for food after ordering (over 15mins).Unfortunately Uber eats etc have taken over, and they obviously can't cope with the amount of orders.

Ordered via app using table service. Food and coffees arrived. Not asked if we needed any sugar/sweetner, which we did.Had to go to the counter to obtain sugar/sweetner, stirrers for coffee and serviettes.Seemed too busy with delivery orders than actual customers in the restaurant.Very poor customer service.

The food was very good i/we cannot fault that but the milkshake machine was broken not in use again then which is very very disappointing from a customer point of view then.
