Can't fault the customer services on the phone but the depo has been terrible. Delivery date missed with no update as to why or when it's due to be delivered again. Chased twice to get updates and given different delivery dates. Things happen, just be transparent about it!

I rang them 3 times regarding a delivery and was told it would be definitely be delivered that day, it wasn't. I asked them if they could contact the driver or track the vehicle they told me it wasn't possible? But the delivery would be made, and it could be up to 7pm. The delivery wasnt made. I tried to contact them but no answer.

Absolutely disgusting service.Parcel 12 days late.2 failed delivery dates, 2 emails sent and not replied too. 4 times I was told that I'd get a call back from a manager and still nothing. To top it off the parcel arrived damaged and ruined.

Order a part to make my vehicle go so I could get to work (emergency services) should have been with me 1st June, it is now the 5th and they can't tell me when to expect it. It is at their depot but due to their own vans breaking down ??? They haven't been able to deliver .I have now missed 3 shifts at work and.dont know when I will be back on the road.Shocking service .... they don't reply to emails and rarely answer the phone and when they do...they have no answer for you

I order two bars from Primal Strength in order to review for home gym UK..They hadn't arrived so contact the company for tracking numbers.I was informed by primal strength of the tracking numbers and that APC had made numerous attempts to deliver them and left a calling card 4 days earlier.However unluckly for the delivery driver I was off work the day he lied about leaving the calling card.In fact due to my shift work there is normally me or the wife in about 90% of the time.Due to this I rang the delivery company and got the time of the supposed delivery.Without going into detail I was in at that time.We also have two dogs that bark at person walking up the drive. Posting anything or any knock on the door.I have never missed a parcel thanks to these two if I am at home.There was no attempt to deliver it and calling card was never left.They had also told the primal strength it was back out for delivery the day I rang. However I contact the delivery company myself.It hadn't been out that day and my wife was home too. It was in fact in the office warehouse. It hadn't been attempted.Secondly the person on the phone admitted the drivers sometimes say they've been when they haven't.This company is a fraud.I know the owner of primal strength so this has all be relayed back to him and I now he is taking this further.

I want an explanation as to why I have received a debt collection letter from #Paragon for an invoice I haven't received (Feb 2020). The latest unpaid invoice is 1st March, it is only the 24th March 2020 today.I also want an explanation as you WHY, when you collected a consignment of dog beds that you re labelled them to weigh more than they actually weighed. I emailed Kiran which was forwarded to Cathy on 22nd January 2020 explaining a discrepancy that needed to be resolved. I had no email reply, nor have ever received any comms from you regarding this queried consignment. On 21 October 2019 I contacted Kerri at Grantham #lincolnshirecountycouriers for a quote for a collection of dog beds. I explained they were bulky, but I needed a price. I was told it would be £28.96 for '6 boxes at 75 kilos'.On 3 separate occasions (and I am now expecting 2 more)I have booked a parcel out as a courier pack in my own bag and the price has been increased without query or my authorisation.Rest assured after many many years of using your company, I will never be using you again, which to be honest will affect my business. You are a shambles and literally could not run a p1ss up in a brewery, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Now this company has been taken over, it will never be the same.

Ordered a Space Saver wheel for my car, to get to work (NHS). Tyre didn’t arrive on time, however once I’d called the head office and explained my predicament, the spare wheel was delivered as promised, today before 12pm.... My shift starts at 3pm. Thank you so much for the understanding and prompt service

Two large heavy parcels collected from the Portsmouth area at 3pm yesterday afternoon were on my doorstep at 8.30am this morning.What more can I say except that it's exceptional service. Well done.

Terrible service I ordered something and they used this shocking delivery company. I haven’t received my item. Everyday I check the tracking and it updates to say at the Grantham depot. I have tried emailing them and they do not respond . They say the have delivered but I checked my cctv and no delivery was ever attempted. They took a photo of said delivery but the picture is that blurred you can’t see anything. This are blatant liars and pure lazy.

Customer service top notch! Missed delivery/ door due to personal reasons and after phoning the local depot they got my package redelivered same day! Honest thank you guys for that! Appreciate it!
