Went with our 4 kids for our anniversary meal; we were standing waiting for a table for a while before anyone noticed us and by the time we finally got a table the service was poor and the food really wasn’t great. My side was unavailable but I was only told this when my main was brought to the table so I couldn’t change my order. My husband’s fries had obviously been left sitting and were cold. It was virtually impossible to find any staff and when we did, they weren’t very helpful. I messaged Dakota’s afterwards but have been totally ignored. The whole experience ruined what had been a wonderful day; we definitely won’t be back.

I have been several times and had good food and service, but yesterday was awful. Summer menu, char grilled chicken noodles avoid at all cost. Chicken wasn't char-grilled, was dry and tasteless. Honey, chilli sauce tasted like sweet chilli sauce and little of it, waited about 40 minutes, and food was lukewarm when it arrived. So disappointed

This is a lovely wee Dino Diner, if you love dinosaurs, you'll love it here!Came here with my boyfriend and being coeliac, I didn't have great expectations but was pleasantly surprised when we were told that most items on the menu can be adapted to suit. I ordered off the Christmas menu and our server went above and beyond to ensure everything was okay and safe for me! Food was lovely too!We really enjoyed our evening out as a couple but this is the perfect spot for families too!

All toilets were in very bad condition, blood on floor, dirty floors, not cleaned in a long time, no toilet roll, plenty of staff but all gossiping about other people's relationships whilst eating ice Lolly's in front of customers, really shocking service. No slow cooked beef and only lunch time.On a plus note portion sizes for kids meal was huge. Food just average at best.First and last time there for me.

Highly recommend! Amazing food, amazing, friendly staff that go the extra mile for their customers (which is hard to find these days), reasonable prices and lovely setting and atmosphere. Overall great place to eat out! Will be back!!

First time here, but I don't think we'll be back. Ordered what we thought was a sharing platter, only to find it was one rack of ribs in a mediocre sauce, 3 chicken wings (who serves just 3 chicken wings ever?), a small corn on the cob, and 2 onion rings. Wouldn't have minded, but it was £22. Our side of garlic cubes had no taste whatsoever of garlic.Very poor value.

Normally good but yesterday very disappointed. Ordered chicken stack but chicken overfried too crispy and if had bit into parts was so hard felt as if i would break a tooth. Childrens pizza was burnt and most of food not earen so £55 for meals and most of food not eaten might have been better going to mcdonalds. Staff were very pleasant so not their fault. Will not be back. Staff member serving us said he had the chicken for lunch and it was ok but not at 4.30 it wasnt so must have been cooked twice. Not worth paying the prices they charge.

The food and the service here are always exceptional. The staff, always professional and always eager to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Family friendly establishment. It's fast became my favourite place to frequent with my family for lunch/dinner and it's reasonably priced too. I highly recommend to anyone, with or without kids... you can enjoy a good meal here.
