Highly recommend the Scottish Vein Centre. I had veins treated on both legs, back and front and so happy with the results. Treatments were well explained, i knew exactly what to expect and felt at ease during procedures. I wish I had done it years ago

Was treated here in April 2023 and very satisfied with the results — laser ablation on one leg, and foam sclerotherapy on both. The clinic has all the latest equipment, and a friendly, professional and experienced team — Dr McBride knows everything there is to know about varicose veins and their treatment. Will be wearing shorts on holiday for the first time in years!

Problems with varicose veins on my right leg for years, Dr McBride proposed laser treatment for above the knee, foam insertion below the knee. All done with minimum of fuss, in and out in just over an hour, was even able to walk to train station. Delighted with the results, able to spend the summer wearing shorts for a change! Professional service from consultation through procedure to follow-up checks, no hidden costs or nasty surprises, everything up front and done as promised. Can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve had an unsightly, swollen right leg for 20 years which put me off swimming, and wearing shorts in summer. I had treatment twice on NHS which only temporarily made my leg look better but the horrible, thick veins returned after a few months.I came across the SVC while looking at potential private treatment and the testimonials convinced me to give it a try and I’m delighted I did.6 months down the line and my leg is normal again (bar some slight discolouration, which will go over time), and I’m swimming again and looking forward to sunshine for wearing shorts.The whole process is top class from start to finish and Dr McBride even gave me a free round of foam sclerotherapy as he wasn’t quite satisfied with one little vein that was a bit stubborn and he wanted perfection!Cannot recommend enough. Money well spent.
