I called today to order flowers and spoke to Francis, a lovely lady who was very welcoming and friendly. Francis asked me what I needed and sprung into action to take my order, which I wanted to send to one of my followers. It was truly amazing customer service. Simpson’s Florists have supplied me and my family with bouquets, bunches and Christmas wreaths maybe a dozen times in the last year and they always do the business! I was even able to acquire an emergency same-day bunch delivered by them directly to the office after I forgot a milestone occasion. Recommended.

Frances is always so helpful and assits me with seasonal suggestions to help with my decisons. I'm in the US and she takes the time to email with me for all my purchases to make sure I am satisfied. Wonderful establishment, superior customer service and gorgeous arrangements.

From start to finish, excellent!From first contact to our wedding day, Frances was absolutely professional, friendly, helpful and supportive as we were figuring out the bouquet arrangements and button pins for our wedding. Since we planned our big day from abroad, we never had the opportunity to visit the shop in person - nevertheless, communication per email was incredibly easy. Sending pictures and ideas back and forth, Frances helped me select the best flowers to support the overall theme of our wedding. The bouquets and pins were delivered to our venue on time and in excellent condition and my Maid of Honour and I were absolutely stunned at how beautiful everything turned out.Plus, the day before our wedding we had a little crisis with some other DIY flower arrangements we had planned. In my desperation, I called Frances. When my fiancé and I went to the shop, her entire team was ready to troubleshoot and help us realise our vision. They were unspeakably kind, encouraging and helpful!Overall: great advice, easy communication, excellent service, lovely people and flawless execution - brilliant florist!

Two parts to this review: first of all, the floral item itself was absolutely beautiful - healthy and vibrant and gorgeously presented! You can't go wrong choosing this Florist just on that alone. But: Second, the service was absolutely outstanding! They made me feel as though my small order was every bit as important to them as some huge event would have been (special shout out to Frances for taking extra time to be sure everything was perfect). I really can't recommend Simpson's highly enough!!

Phoned for mix of advertised bouquets for a fixed price for next day delivery. Friendly discussion about bouquet composition and placed order and message. Next day at agreed time wonderfully colourful large bouquet arrived with message. Mrs delighted. Great service !

This is a good shop. They are quick with orders. Albeit a little expensive. 32£ for this bouquet. Nice but some flowers were wilting.

Good service with friendly staffs, they provide many different choices of flowers.
