St Augustine's House
This is my first year living here and it’s amazing. The residents (ask for Caitlin and Samira) are lovely and helpful and house nights out are a weekly thing. Just a 13 min walk from uni too what a bargain for a studio. The manager Massy is perfect and it feels more like a home than people who live in a building together.

Modern style, spacious studio flats. A great location with tesco express right next door and walking distance from the University and city centre. The management of the building is great, any issues are promptly resolved and they are happy to deal with any of your concerns. Thoroughly recommended to any student wishing to live independently.

Rooms and style is modern along with the fact that you can make the room your own as all rooms have very spacious and well lit. Management is amazing as they make sure to attend to your needs in the best way they can. Location is a big plus with services such as Tesco Express is right across the road. University and other stores are all within a one mile radius bettering convenience.

Friendly and helpful staff, new manager Marc was so quick to help and sort out any issues I had. Nice location and such a good value solo set up for student of any years. Good spacious room, with plenty of storage and shelves to help you make it feel like home. Will need to provide alot of cooking appliances but other than that I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a really great place to live, the rooms are so spacious and amazing value for money compared to many others in the city. Massy the manager is so lovely and makes it a really homely and welcoming environment. She arranges different events and pizza parties and is always around for anything you need :)

I have enjoyed living here for the past year and it’s been such a friendly environment. Any issues that I have with my room, I inform Marc (the manager) and it gets sorted very quickly. I can have time to myself and still see others in the building who are very friendly. It’s a lovely place to live in with loads of storage, space and facilities near by like Tesco express next door and the gym.

Lovely place to live and great price compared to many of the other accommodations across the city. The current building manager Massy is lovely, she is so helpful and approachable for any issues or problems that we have. The rooms are great size and it is a very nice place to live.

Room is fantastic, almost never have the need to leave it which makes booking for a third year all that more easy Love love love the care and attention to not only fine detail but also that we get the best and make the most of our stay and feel welcome. Welcome in the sense that whatever we may need or care to ask or enquire about, the manager makes sure to deliver and is always attending to a multitude of issues. However he makes it all so effortless by ensuring everything is a priority.

Good value for money if you are looking for a big and spacious studio, cheaper than any other place in town. The manager, Massy, is very welcoming and the vibes here are friendly. Common spaces good for socializing and studying. Tesco is only a minute away and Aldi is just up the road.
