My beautiful puppy according to the groomer needed to be shaved... ok fair enough, I agreed with that and price... I picked up my dog and noticed that he is not the same, he was scared , found a cut in his ear and willy !!! Cut in his private part was causing him discomfort to wee as it became painful to him, I rushed to the vets who checked if he has infection, after cleaning the cut and after care in home my puppy was able to wee with no crying sounds...

Always do a great job with Schumi! She wags her tail uncontrollably as soon as she sees where she's going; they make it the most relaxing experience for her! Being a Cavachon she has a very fine coat which knots easily and can look awful when a groom goes wrong so being able to trust the groom room to get it perfect each time puts our mind at ease!

They have always done a beautiful job of grooming our dog. She even seems to enjoy coming here, unlike the vets. Can get busy, so book in plenty of time.

A bit disappointed with the Groom room, first time user and to be honest won't be returning. Customer service was poor and it is very over priced. £65 for a 'full groom' on a retriever, you can get much better service and value for money from local groomers.

I took my one year old Springer Spaniel for her first time grooming experience. So far I have been doing her at home, but needed help with the 'tricky bits' I don't know how to do. They did an amazing job....exactly what I asked for and she seemed happy and relaxed when I picked her up. They also gave good feedback on how it went, what she was happy with and what she started off more nervous with.

I have a husky cross and they did a really good job! Very impressed and booked again before I left. Friendly and confident, felt happy leaving my dog there for a couple of hours.

My dog always loves going here to be pampered and comes back smelling and looking beautiful. For a long haired German Shepard, I think I pay £40 for a full de-shed, bath, and a clipper behind the ears

Went into the shop in the morning to book my 11kg dog in for a wash and dry. The girl at the Groom Room said she could do 4 pm that day. We went back, they were not ready for us so we waited in the vets area which was busy. Then went into groom room. She said about 1 hour. 20 mins later she rang to say they had finished. She said he was scared of the hair dryer which was why they were quick. I don't think they did much, if anything. £23 quid!!He is not scared of the hair dryer.Never trust your precious dog to these shysters.
