Took my sons Ps5 in it was overheating. Very good service was fixed in 24hrs a great price and the 2 people running PC Doctor are very knowledgeable and really easy to chat 2. Got a very happy Teenager in the house again

Excellent Service. Unfortunately needed a new laptop, but the other was 8 years old ! Paul did a great job in getting the new laptop up and running, and transferred my data very efficiently. Would highly recommend North West PC Doctors to anyone - without hesitation, as a very professional, reliable and trustworthy service.

Correct business for review.Really unhelpful over the phone, after 2 weeks, multiple text to see if you was able to fit me in for a laptop repair, messages hadn't been open for over 7 days untill this review was posted. All I expected was atleast a message back to say you was too busy but was unable to even provide that. Ended up having to use some one else even though I wanted to use you guys based on your reviews.Further update: surprisingly you wasn't on holiday the day before the message was sent out, which you happily picked up the first phone call, instead of telling me you'd get back to me the same afternoon, I would of much prefered for you just to say you was on holiday the next day instead of we will bell you this afternoon to get the work done""

Dealt with Paul. He was efficient and friendly. Didn't blind me with jargon. Told me up front how much and how long (approx) the job to fix my son's Xbox would take. Kept me updated on the progress. Very professional and reasonable prices for repairs. Would highly recommend

I came to North West PC Doctors with my custom built PC which was having severe internet connectivity issues. To put it simply I have absolutely no regrets and would wholeheartedly recommend this service. The issues with my computer were thoroughly resolved and an extremely reasonable price was charged. The repair took only four days during which time I received updates on my computer's condition, which is a great reassurance. The service is professional in every regard; the communication system is well organised, the logging system that is used is well thought out and efficient, the member of staff (Paul) was friendly, polite and clearly knew what he was talking about. He was able to discuss the problems with me upfront and came up with a plan of action on the spot and explained everything to me. Communication over the phone was also very good. I cannot find any criticism of this service and would therefore advise anyone who is having trouble with a computer, not to hesitate in using North West PC Doctors.

Excellent service, Paul built 2 high spec gaming PC's for my son's from parts etc we sourced ourselves. The service and communication can not be faulted. Highly recommend. Thank you.
