I visited here for the first time today, I normally dye my hair myself but had to visit a salon after struggling to change colour due to previously dying it black. My friend highly recommended this salon. What a gem of a salon. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I explained my issue to Rachel and she gave me her recommendation explaining everything she would do and why. I was worried about hair damage but I didn't have to. Rachel did an amazing job, my hair looks incredible and so healthy, she exceeded my expectations. They are really professional and their expertise in their field is evident. Getting your hair washed by Al is the most relaxing experience. I won't bother dying my hair at home anymore, leave it to the professionals at Ahead of time from now on. Customer service is first class. Highly recommended.

I went to the salon to have my hair permed. I showed them what type of curls I have wanted. But after two days it left me only fizzy hair and no curls. I am not happy.

First time back since reopened, no haircut since Feb, feel human again. Thank you Jan, great stylist and lovely to chat with you again. Excellent safety measures in place felt totally at ease. Welcome back. X
