Best gym in Eastbourne!I've been going to metamorfit on and off for the past 10 years. Paul and Adrian are very welcoming and extremely passionate about what they do. They're always happy to help and have created a gym with a very friendly atmosphere.They offer personal training sessions tailoring a work out that suits your needs and helps you get great results!

I’m really pleased I joined Metamorfit, I’ve found it friendly and welcoming from day one. My personal training sessions with Paul have been worth every penny, he listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve and designed a program that has helped me not only reach my fitness goals but exceed them, both himself and Adrian are always on hand for help and guidance. It’s a great gym !

Brilliant gym. Small but perfectly formed with a good range of free weights as well as machines. Great ethos from the owners who refuse to over subscribe so the gym never gets too busy.Upstairs mezzanine floor area has mats and punch bags for martial arts and can be hired for classes etc. Also a. Treatment room is available for hire which is equipped with a hydraulic couch.Some classes are available and membership is on a monthly rolling basis rather than tying you in for 12 months.The gym is a hub for I. A. W. A the international amateur weightlifting association. An organisation that has lots of interesting lifts and techniques and a drug free ethos. They have beginner sessions alongside competitions for those that want it.A great gym that is really invested in its client base, a client base that is wide ranging in age.

Excellent gym with lots of choice of equipment. Both Paul and Adrian are very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of fitness, whether it’s just starting out, experienced athletes, or even food supplements and diets. The gym is clean, well maintained and open at convenient times. The encouragement from other members whilst training, or even taking part in competitions, is great fun and makes everyone feel welcome! As a disabled member I am confident in their abilities, and they have helped me get back into training again

I love it! Been staying in Eastbourne as a student for two weeks. Paul gave me a very good price for two weeks and took me around the gym. Very friendly atmosphere. I can only recommend!

Where do I start. The gym is always clean, the equipment is always available (not out of order like other gyms) , covid safe, they have yummy grenade bars, pancakes and other supplements you need, the owners Paul and Adrian are amazing people, always smiling , always there to guide you and always full of great knowledge! I have been having 1 to 1 PT sessions with Adrian, when I started I lacked confidence and was scared to try half the machines in the gym, after a few sessions I feel more confident and I'm doing things I never even imaged I'd be capable of doing and it feels amazing! Going to the gym used to be a chore but going here is what I look forward to now. Thank you guys .

This is the perfect Gym for fitness and support. Adrian and Paul the gym owners are the nicest guys and always available for assistants or questions. The gym is kept clean and tidy and the equipment is in good condition. This gym is perfect for those serious about keeping fit or body building if that is what you want. Give it a try.

Paul & Adrian are so approachable and always happy to help which is so refreshing from a gym. I hated the thought of going into a gym but after a few visits to Metamorfit I felt so comfortable and apart of their very welcoming gym community. Wide range of gym equipment, plenty of space, refreshments & healthily snacks and nutritional products are sold, PT sessions are available. It’s got a great friendly vibe and I highly recommend especially if you don’t feel comfortable being in a gym environment.
