Beautiful little place. I just got back from a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage by Kerry and it was absolutely amazing. Very firm pressure which is what I like, and made to feel very comfortable. I will be returning, thank you :)

Clean and lovely ambience with friendly staffs. This is my first ever micropeel session. Shen was very friendly and made ne understand the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. My skin feels great after the session! Can notice a visible smoothness and glow. Thanks Skin clinic at Urban Spa adn Shen for this wonderful experience. I have booked the next session too!

Finding a new salon/spa and therapist can be stressful and daunting, however I couldn’t be happier with Urban Spa, all staff and especially Ewelina. I’ve been there a few months now for LVL Lash Lift, Eyebrow Shape, Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint and Waxing. I also had ‘Lip Blushing’ by Ruth who is amazing and I love the results. I can honestly say that I am more than impressed and incredibly happy with the outcomes but also the warm welcome I receive every time I visit. I highly recommend!

Long review incoming but completely deserved! So I’m on a mission to improve my self confidence and wanted to start with my skin. I didn’t know where to begin so I had a 30 minute consultation at the start of the week with Shauna who was very informative, warm and thorough when discussing my current skincare routine and what I was hoping to achieve with my treatments. She gave me a couple of samples to try with my skincare routine which have been very high quality and I’ve already noticed some improvements in the dark circles under my eyes. I was recommended a facial to rehydrate my skin and then a peel to help with the brightness and overall look of my skin.Only two days later and I was already booked in for my 60minute dermalogica facial with Victoria. Victoria was incredibly friendly, kind and made me feel relaxed immediately (I’m somewhat of an anxious kinda gal). She explained all the treatments I would receive and then we got started. It was absolute bliss. I have a lot of tension in my jaw from stress and for the first time in months I felt truly relaxed. (I would also like to note I have multiple piercings which can be tricky to work around but she didn’t snag or bump one once which must’ve been a challenge!) Whilst I had LED light treatment in progress I was also given a hand/arm massage which was a lovely surprise. After the treatment I was offered complimentary refreshments and given time to relax. I’ve left with my skin absolutely glowing and feeling very looked after. Absolutely worth every penny.I’m already planning my next trip to get a facial peel done (a skin test was performed before I left to save a return trip in the meantime which is brilliant). Thank you to all the ladies who made me feel so welcomed and pampered, can’t wait to be back through the doors X
