My husband has used this barbers for years with no complaints until today. He has very little hair and suffers from Alzheimers . Today he was charged £18 for a hair cut - twice the normal rate. His medical condition made him unable to dispute. He was taken advantage of in my opinion and will not be returning .THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. THE CANCELLATION AROSE FROM HIM FORGETTING (DUE TO HIS ALZHEIMERS _) A MEDICAL APPT. HE COULD NOT GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE AS HE CANCELLED WITHIN HOURS OF MAKING THE APPT, I WAS STANDING BESIDE HIM WHEN HE CALLED YOU TO EXPLAIN AND APOLOGISE . AT NO TIME DID I HEAR HIM AGREE TO THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE - HE WOULD HAVE ASKED ME TO VERIFY THIS, THIS IS EXPLOITATION OF A SICK MAN. REVIEW YOUR OPEN ACCESS/ DISABILITY POLICIES AS YOU ARE NOT WITHIN THE LAW.. i ALSO UNDERSTAND YOU DID NOT ASK HIM TO WEAR A FACE MASK TODAY- A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT.YOU BROKE THE LAW BY NOT DOING SO,
