Lock and Repair Nurse did a fantastic job with fixing the hinges and lock on our bathroom windows.Our lock was fixed on the day and our hinges were secured with unusual screws which they ordered and as soon as they arrived, Meghan contacted me and fitted them. The job was done cleanly and we are very happy with the finished results. Thank you very much Meghan.

These lovely ladies came round to fix my bathroom window and bedroom window. They were on time and made me feel comfortable. They got on with the job and maintained cleanliness while working. They were helpful and friendly. Also they had fair pricing. I would highly recommend them.

Really impressed with the repair Meghan took care of for us. We had an unusual handle & gearbox replacement which puzzled me as a half competent DIYer & 2 door specialists - but Meghan had it all figured out and put right very efficiently.Excellent communication, good service and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be recommending her to anyone with door issues in the future.

Really pleased with the service provided by the Lock and Repair Nurse. I was given a full explanation of the fault that had developed in my front door locking mechanism and the technician ordered me the parts and returned to fit it within a few days to fix it.Excellent customer service with competitive prices.Definitely recommend this service.

Meghan responded very quickly and came out the next day. She was very friendly and professional and quickly realised it wasn’t a lock issue but a dropped door. Meghan talked us through everything she was doing and changed the position. Meghan was exceptionally tidy and got the job done quickly. My door now works like new and I honestly couldn’t recommend Meghan and Lock and Repair Nurse enough. I will definitely use her again in the future and will be recommending her to family and friends.

Meghan was so quick at getting back to me the same day my front door lock broke. She fitted a temp lock and returned when her order of the new lock had arrived within the week. Painless! A great service! Meghan is super lovely and I've already recommended!
