I got in touch with them regarding parts for an ice cream machine, and not only did they make sure it was sent to me asap, they continued to help by offering services and advice on other issues I'd had with the machine. A shout out to Jessica who was very friendly and went the extra mile and got me in touch with someone who finally managed to fix the issue I was having. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend.

Girls at Foodservice Spares are amazing! They go above and beyond. Our Potis Motors went on a Friday. Phoned up and FSS had them in stock but needed them before the weekend but it was too late for the courier. Driving down to Rochdale from Scotland would take us till 8pm when they would be closed. The girls offered to take the parts to Bingo so we could collect from there which we did. So thankful to the girls for saving the day. We need lots of other spares during our refurbishment. This will always be our first port of call. Really appreciated your effort girls x

Amazing staff, very friendly. Massive array of spare parts available. I would highly recommend using FES for commercial spare parts.
