Inconsistent. Contacted them on three separate occasions to even get a quote for fencing work at my property; when they did come out there was no follow up. Every time I tried to contact them for the quote they promised- I was met with excuse after excuse. They clearly don't want/need the work. Waste of time.

Never turned up when said, would ring up an get told will turn up tomorrow never came, rang several times, got same answer, rang for them to put a problem correct, rang several times same story I’ll come tomorrow still never came, didn’t do the exact job asked, using old stock of materials, when it came to paying was more than the quote that we had, said he didn’t quote for everything we had asked for, after payment never received a receipt after asking for one. Made arrangements for workman to turn up on agreed date, never came didn’t let us know he wasn’t coming.

Thanks to Roy and his staff, they have made a lovely job of our new fencing, it looks great. They were very helpful when a problem arose and helped to fix it. They did a good job, they removed all the old fencing, etc and cleaned up afterwards which was no mean feat as the weather was aweful. This is the second time we have used R W Fencing and we would recommend them.

After 5 quotes for 13 fence panels I found R W Fencing the most competitive.After a couple of phone calls to give the go ahead with the work , a time convenient to myself was agreed for panels to be fitted and the work was carried out by Andy and one other (Tall guy ,with curly hair) ,both very polite and professional guys , I'll have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future . Thank you .
