My son had an allergic reaction to something, arrived checked in waited 2 hours, then found out they hadn't checked him in properly, this seems a regular occurance, I have experienced before myself, I think maybe the staff need further training, as these mistakes cause further stress to sick people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The way I was spoken to here was absolutely appalling. The only staff member with any form of care was the receptionist. Why be a nurse if you can’t be bothered to help people, I was allowed to leave crying in pain and no one helped me I got told I should of taken a paracetamol to “save myself the journey” I have since been to a different practice and had the proper care and confirmed I do have an actual injury and if I had not seeked a doctor willing to give me the time of day I could of made my injury much worst.

Communication between doctor, physio and hospital is terrible.I originally had to wait an extra 2-3 months for GP and TIMS to decide which of them was going to refer me to a specialist. When I'm given a new prescription I have to call the surgery to ask them to update my records so I can order it through the MyGP app, making the app redundant.I now have only 2 days' worth left of a medicine which will give me severe problems if I stop taking it. It took nearly 3 weeks for the letter from the hospital mentioning this medication to arrive at this GP and a further 8 days for them to read it and update my records.

Wait time wasn’t too bad for a Sunday afternoon and the doctor was very, very nice. Definitely felt like I was in good hands.

Took my son here and they were all kind and were lovely staff, doctor was very good with him and only had to wait 10-15 minutes after appointment time (which in my experience of walk in centres is very good)

I attended walk in twice last week. Two nurses (One called Heather)told me that wound to my hand wasnt infected.I knew for a fact it was in fected and finally got an app with GP who prescribed antiboitics. Both of these nurses let me down with their miss diagnosis.

attended the walk in clinic on Sunday morning, and was seen in under 30 minutes by a lovely male nurse practitioner (can’t remember his name!) who gave me some advice and booked me in to see the doctor later that day. Attended the doctors appointment where I was given a prescription for an ear infection and possibly perforated ear drum. However I was in worse pain the following day, I reattended the walk in centre and was met by the same lovely nurse practitioner who sent me straight to the freeman hospital, and comforted me whilst I was in pain. Thankyou to all the staff for helping me get sorted quickly!

Don't know who cleans this place but absolutley disgusting. The toilet is rotten the dust sitting on the he floors nd around the toilet. All hand sanitisers were empty and again sitting in thick dust . Not only did i complain to the molineux but also confronted the cleaner this was a few month ago . I recently returned to the walk-in and still no change . A place within the NHS should be looking spotless and clean like the rvi and freeman . Obviously a cow boy cleaning company they use
