Excellent service from pilot light, they disconnected our hob for a new worktop to be fitted and came back the next day to reconnect it. Both Gareth and his apprentice were very friendly and professional. Definitely use again in the future.

These guys are amazing!! I had a leak somewhere in my system so I had no hot water or heating which wasn’t ideal with a baby and two children! I messaged Dan and he came on the same day and sorted the issue for us! Extremely reliable and couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you :)

Gareth and Dan were recommended to me and I am so pleased they were!My boiler broke a week ago, the same day Gareth came and got it working, and today he replaced parts in it and I can not recommend him enough!Both visits so polite and friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, no mess was left at all. We had numerous issues with our water system as it was getting very old, but the problems were very quickly found and resolved. The service was excellent and efficient and nothing was too much trouble - even coming out in the evening for an emergency. These are a great bunch of guys, who care a great deal about providing an amazing service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.

Exceptional service!I rang Gareth at 8.30 am last Tuesday morning after experiencing no hot water. He came out that same day after Id finished work, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts 1st thing next day and fitted them following day.Such a nice, professional, helpful guy.Thank you Gareth, I will definitely use you again and recommend you.

Cannot thank Gareth, Dan & Bill enough. Great service from start to finish installing a new boiler and fixing a hard to reach leak beneath the kitchen floor, professional, courteous, on-time and extremely tidy from the startI used to have a service contract with British Gas, but have now cancelled this and will be using Pilot Light in the futureHave already recommended to family and friends, and will continue to do so

I had a Central Heating system installed by an old friend of my son's who turned out to do an absolutely terrible job (I subsequently was taking him to court, but he paid out before attending).Subsequently the guys at PILOT LIGHT were recommended to me. How I wish I had found them in the 1st place. Totally professional, clean workers, nothing too much trouble. An absolute joy to have them doing the re-installation required. CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.
