Honestly I cannot recommend this branch of Calverts highly enough. Graham and Steve were so helpful and absolutely went out of their way to make sure I got best possible deal for my cottage.Jonathan Fearnley and Jim fitted the carpets at an extra price and again were a brilliant duo. The whole house was fitted in one day perfectly. Thank you all of you

Really helpful staff and everything so reasonably priced : they stack as many types of flooring and carpeting you could wish for . I wanted a roll end of linoleum and there were plenty to choose from . They were really on the ball and despite not spending a fortune the member of staff showed me all types of alternatives he thought would suit a passageway. Chose one and arranged a date for laying that was mutually convenient . The fitters arrived no fuss no mess an excellent job of laying in a very confined space : excellent service and value!

Can’t fault them! Both Graham and the other chap who works on the shop floor (I’m sorry, I meant to get your name when I came in to pay up today!), have been nothing but patient with me on the numerous times I’ve come in dithering over what carpet to get! Patient, knowledgeable and kind throughout each visit. Not forgetting the lovely bloke who came to measure up.Came away with a great deal. Superb customer service. Thank you! - Gaby.
