We switched recently and found the vet and nurses excellent, plenty of time to spend with out two cats and the vet listened to us before making a diagnosis and suggesting a course of treatment. We are now registered with the surgery.

Staff was so helpful .And the vets that put my cat back together affed she was hit by a car is amazing .and fixed my dog ear affed a blood vessels pop . What a fantastic team xx

Called this morning to see if I could get an appointment for our Gerbil we have not been registered at a vets as not needed one until today. Kingsferry vets were so lovely, they got him registered and seen within hours. All the staff were so friendly. Thank you again.

Woody was born with a cleft lip Lena the vet at clover street delivered him with his 7 siblings, she gave him a chance to live and here he is 8 months later. Frankie is getting old and losing weight but due to Fig the vet at Kingsferry looks like she is perking up.Maidstone branch give a fantastic Sunday service kind and catering even though they have never seen you before. Plus all the other branches in this company THANK YOU for the service provided with knowledgeable nurses and the kindness shown by all.

Recently experienced every pet lovers worst moment. Beloved dog, diagnosed with end of life cancer. Easily the worst moment of my life so far and hardest but fairest decision to make. Every step of the way every staff member at Kingsferry Vets and Mote Park Vets were there to help, explain and console every step of the way. Can't thank them enough, even though everytime I was there or on the phone struggled emotionally. ❤
