Very unfriendly staff, we were rudely accused of attempting to steal, despite paying for our goods at the checkout.

Good place, very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing I'd be wary of is the meat the - sometimes because the fridges are often opened, the meat goes bad. I had few cases myself. On the other hand, a lot of products are of a very good quality, albeit the price may also be quite high.

Well stocked, friendly staff.

Convenient store. Some prices are good value, some average and some extortionate. Good meal deal sandwiches and other snacks. Some of the fresh produce packs such as tomatoes don't always have a date on them. Difficult entrance for disabled people. Rarely get offered a receipt and have to ask for one.

Been in today, very impressed with the service. They are very very helpful and even if customers have a problem they can deal with it in a kind and understanding manner. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff seem happy to be at work. 5 stars

Nice spar with many different things to buy

Good variety of products, helpful and friendly staff. ATM available on the outside of the building. No disabled wheelchair access.

Good stock selection but the staff organisation and quality of service is abysmal. There does not seem to be any consideration for peak times and thus there are only a few staff on the tills with queues backed up in a very tight and confined space.Moreover overall staff engagement with customers is very poor, with many going around in a zombie like trance and barely acknowledging customer inquiries or indeed their presence.I am working in retail myself and can appreciate how numbing it may be, but I have found that customers will remember a bad shopping experience for far longer and more vividly than a good one. Unfortunately my own experiences are more to the bad than the good and, despite the appealing stock and reasonable offers, I now only shop there when absolutely necessary and with the greatest reluctance
