Very friendly and helpful. Very thorough explanations. Eye test very thorough as well. Glasses manufactured very quickly without errors. Would recommend.

Excellent service from a well professional and friendly staff.Hand sanitizer at the shielded reception area, while the open store is completely cordoned off. Members of the public may only gain access by appointments only.The staff comply rules to social distancing policy for all customers including covid signage displayed within the shop location.Wheelchairs assistance would be available.Disabled toilets situated within the large Tesco store on the ground floor and first floor, with large lift available at the rear of the store.Cafe` on the first floor is closed due to covid policy rules.

Staff at vision Express we're very helpful when I had my eye test and when I picked my glasses up.

First time I have used this branch, my initial appointment the optometrist was brilliant but the general customer service was a bit lacking I found.I went back today to collect my glasses and the member of staff was brilliant, looking at her badge her name was either Marie or Maria. She was so friendly, kind, adjusted my glasses brilliantly (I have quite a small face and have been places before where they’ve almost made out like it is an huge inconvenience to have them adjusted so much) and complimented how they looked on me which I thought was really kind. Marie/Maria needs a pay rise!

I have a pair of vintage Persol sunglasses which needed the lenses replacing. By chance i asked if they could possibly help. To my astonishment the gentleman working at the store took my sunglasses away, only to return 5 minutes later with the replacement lenses (I provided) fitted!No appointment and best of all no charge. The store looked very busy and he of could have turned me away!Completely blown away by his kindness and the stores customer service.I’ll be definitely returning for an eye test in the future.Thank you!!!

Absolute appalling staff at Bursledon Tesco Branch. I was just 8 mins late for my appointment due to getting in to Tesco car park itself and they wouldn't assist with my eye test. Absolute can't do attitude from Amy, the Optometrist Mohammed is a waste if space. Avoid using this company, they certainly have lost my business for ever. No manager on site (Tom) so who stands in to sort an issue, Amy !? Ha pathetic customer service , I left work in Portsmouth to travel to branch close to home to be turned away for being 8 minutes late!!! Absolute pathetic attitude and lack of customer service . If I could score less than 1 star I would. Avoid this place and find a more appreciated business that values customers and their experience

This was my first time at Vision Express and I would definitely go back and also recommend to others. I was served by Louise James and she couldn't have been more lovely. She explained everything really clearly and was friendly and understanding. All in all, a top notch experience *****

Have just been into this store as my glasses I got 18months ago have been rubbing my nose. They have tried several times to fix this, today they told me to pick a new pair of frames and will remake them. What fantastic service. Thank you very much to both the ladies who work their.

Returned new glasses that didn't fit comfortably. Was served promptly and helped to choose replacement frames. Was previously a customer at the West Quay store when I worked for the City Council. Similar excellent service. After retirement it has been more convenient to use the facility within the Tesco store at Bursledon.
