Plumb London

Absolutely disgraceful service. They charged me £45 for a Consultation which was scheduled on a Tuesday between 3 and 6pm. I took half day off from work however the plumber never showed up. The appointment got rescheduled on a Thursday and again wasted half day. I was then promised the plumber would come Friday but again he never came. He finally came Saturday, stayed 10 minutes and told me that the company would send me within 2 working days a quota. It has been now 10 days and I have not received anything yet. Be aware!

I phoned Plumb London because water was leaking from the WC onto the bathroom floor. Chris arrived at the time expected and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He then went to get the parts and came back within half an hour and did the repair. He cleaned the area thoroughly and was very efficient. I will definitely call Plumb London again if I need more plumbing work done.

Had a great experience with Plumb to get a prompt quote. They called me right away ask me questions about my boiler. Very professional. Didn't get the chance to use there services as my landlord decided to go another way but was highly satisfied with the customer service they showed.

We had a small thing to install for our bathroom and the plumber that came around was very professional, did an excellent job and tidied up after himself! Would absolutely use again!

Vert responsive and professional service. I needed a plumber same day after 5 pm and they were able to arrange one promptly. Communication via email and phone and clear details on pricing (which was very competitive). The plumber who attended was thoroughly professional and completed the job within an hour. Pretty much the worst boiler repair experience I've ever had. Charged me over £100 for 50min of faffing around. His fault finding consisted of turning on the hot water, going yep, it's the heat exchanger (when I told him that was the problem last year), and then disappearing for 25 min to enquire about parts. Their office was extremely unhelpful and the only way to complain is to write to head office which of course takes ages and finally goes to someone who's sat next to the person you're talking to anyway.Avoid at all costs.

Very satisfied with the work done by James and the quick response by Plumb London. The total response time from my intial call to resolution was about 3 hours, work was carried out efficiently and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Would definitely use Plumb London again.

Complete rip off. A pissed off and unprofessional man called Pavel showed up an hour after my 5 hour window of someone coming. He just seemed like he wanted to get out as soon as possible. When he couldn't remove a certain part of the shower, he suggested ripping a hole in the wall behind to cut the pipes. I asked him to check for shut off valves and he said there's no point. After I had to ask him to remove the bath panel he found the valves. Yay! No need to cut a hole in the wall after all. He then suggested that we had to replace the whole shower as he wouldn't be able to find the right parts that were faulty. Said the company would send me a quote which they never did..A different man from a different company came the next day, managed to remove the faulty part, find the brand of the part needed to be replaced and has already ordered them.This company is a complete waste of time and money and utterly unprofessional.
