A humble and modest restaurant serving food from the heart to REALLY fill the belly! We ordered the Chicken Avocado salad and although the chicken was a little overdone, they did not skimp out on the avocado. The sizeable burger with BBQ sauce almost dislocated my jaw however lowering the sweetness and less caramelised onions would improve it. The Korean chicken wings were well made but I believe it should be hotter. All in all, it is a lovely little spot for some soul food for a good price.

An ok place. After being bombarded with the social media hype around this restaurant, I decided to give it a shot. Turns out to be an ok place but gravely overhyped. The interior is decorated nicely with a nice floral theme to it, great for a quick selfie or two. The staff were very friendly and nice and the place had a decent selection of food items to choose from.I went to this place twice on two separate occasions. First, to try out the lunch menu and second to try out their breakfast menu and if I had to choose which item I liked the most it would be chicken bites with Algerian sauce. The rest was meh to me. Not that it was bad but it wasn't something good either.I'll say give it a visit at least once, but who knows maybe you'll like it more than me.

A quaint little cafe. Pretty and inviting. Service was absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming and pleasant.Food was nice, not worth the price considering:I ordered the summer special, brisket eggs benedict. Brisket lacked in flavour and buns were burnt from one side. Husband ordered full English. Food took a while to come, which was fine. I thought they were making it all fresh. Came out just warm at touch. Expected it to be at least warm considering we ordered hot food. And my tea also got cold quickly. Seems everything was sat in the back before being served. Something they can improve on, because it was an overall pleasant experience, food was nice (but needs tweaking) and I wouldn't mind trying other food on their menu.Lovely place and service, but for the concept and price, would expect food to be better.Nice place to visit as a couple or with a friend. Not the place for a group of more than 3, max 4. Limited seating. Also, I appreciate the nasheeds playing, but was loud. For a small cafe, volume needs lowering.Lastly, our table was shuffled over because there was a nikaabi sat on the next table. She came after us. Our table was only shuffled over when her husband arrived. We are a respectful couple, and found this to be disrespectful to us. All customers should be treated respectfully, irrespective of outer religious dress code. Are we still treating people who dress in more material and have longer beards, with a level of superiority and privilege above others? We need to move away from this type of superiority complex. If such people expect this level service, they should consider dining at places that are more befitting to their superiority complex, instead of making others uncomfortable. It's not exactly representing the religion in good light either. We're all equal.

Really cute and serene place among the hustle and bustle of East London. It has aesthetic decor but doesn’t overdo it, still maintaining its own charm. We got the Top Chapter brunch which was affordable and also filling enough for two to share, if paired with another side dish. While nothing out of the ordinary, it was nicely done. The biscoff milkshake was also good, if a little watery. They have a little outdoor area with a patio which is nice for a weekend brunch if the weather is nice. There is limited street parking nearby.

Great spot for a truly amazing halal breakfast. This place is very small & cosy. That said, what this place lacks in space, it more than makes up for it in both the tasty food and service. We went on a Friday morning and it was very busy. We were greeted with a smile, taken to our table, the menus and specials explained. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We had the 'Brisket Benedict Muffin' (9/10), the brisket was perfect, the poached eggs were cooked to perfection, and overall, great presentation. We also had 'The Top Chapter' (10/10), this had everything, and it was awesome! For drinks, we kept it simple, freshly squeezed OJ and a black Americano. 5 outta 5 from me & the Mrs. Will surely, surely, visit again!

Lovely place for halal brunch! Food was incomparable, definitely my favourite location for brunch in London now. Ambience was great, nasheeds playing and not so loud as to drown conversation. You definitely get what you pay for, the meals are filling, hearty and delicious. Highly recommend!
