Dropped a parcel off for UPS to collect. This never was collected until I chased UPS to find out why nothing had happened.

Had a key cut for work, I was very surprised at how quickly they did it. There was one member of staff in the shop, I gave him the key, he cut it and I paid. I was in the shop for no more than 60 seconds. Very friendly, very efficient. It's a shame I don't have any more keys that need cutting! Very impressed!

Had 2 yale keys cut but they didn't work. Noticed the guarantee on the tag so took them back and they were redone and worked fine. Handy that it is open till 6pm in the week so I could go after work.

Was recommended Darren on Deansgate from someone in the Loake shop on King Street - safe to say I will never go anywhere else for anything shoe related! He really knows his stuff and goes over and above. Five star!

I echo what others have said here about advice and shoe repairs. Darren was so helpful. As promised Darren, here's the before and after. These shoes have been rescued. No doubt I'll be in with another pair of shoes soon!
