It is NOT located in St John’s Shopping Centre, as advertised. It’s in Tesco Metro. And it was out of order when I got there. SAS that it’s no longer available locally in News Direct, Bridgend. I now have to trek to Scone to post my parcel

This is located in the Tesco metro shop. It is simple enough to use but make sure you weigh your parcel beforehand as there are no scales at the Evri self delivery machine and Tesco staff are not accommodating - despite the self checkouts having weighing scales (you pop the parcel down where you would usually scan an item, and it will come up with the exact weight on the screen). I was told by a member of staff that I need to guess the weight of my parcel as they cannot / will not weigh it, so there is no way to tell if I’m over or under paying for postage
